1. Who we are

EduPulse ("we") is a school management SaaS platform serving schools in the Sultanate of Oman. We process personal data on behalf of each school (the data controller).

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, role (teacher, student, parent, admin).
  • Academic data: attendance, grades, behavior tags, assignments — as entered by the school.
  • Marketing data: demo and contact form submissions from this website.

3. Tenant isolation

Each school is logically isolated via schoolId. We do not share one school's student data with another school.

4. Retention & security

Data is retained for the subscription term. We use TLS in transit and application-level access controls.
